My Fall/Winter Fashion Obsession

Any Style Leopard Bootie

If you don’t know me, let me tell you a little something about myself. I get obsessed with fashion pieces every season. They are typically the things that are on trend but sometimes I get obsessed about things out of the blue. One time I was so obsessed with rain boots that I couldn’t stop noticing everyone’s rain boots on a trip to Chicago. Let me tell you…Chicago ladies have a strong rain boot game. Another time I was obsessed with driving moccasins. I just really felt they were utilitarian and cute. Who wants the little scuff on the back of your heels? Keep your driving moccasins in the car and spare your heels. Or just run around town in your cute driving moccasins when you’re shopping or lunching. And of course there’s my never ending obsessions with trench coats. That one’s not going anywhere. 🙂

Now sometimes I never actually purchase my obsession. I think I wait so long for the perfect item that I never buy anything.

But I’m here to share with you my current fall/winter fashion obsession which is the leopard bootie! Now sometimes I never actually purchase my obsession. I think I wait so long for the perfect item that I never buy anything. Once I was all about the fringe–fringe boots or a fringe purse–and I never bought anything. My own mother had more fringe than me. I still do not have fringe anything. Now I’m at the point that it’s on the way out. LOL But I ordered myself a pair of leopard booties! The ones you see in the pic. They’re by Jessica Simpson and I love the style because you can dress them up or dress them down.

This particular bootie I will wear with jeans, leggings, a skirt, or a dress and they will add a touch of sassiness.

The great thing about leopard print is it is so versatile. You can wear it with denim, with a pop of color, as a statement to a monochromatic look. It works so many ways. The leopard bootie is no different. This particular bootie I will wear with jeans, leggings, a skirt, or a dress and they will add a touch of sassiness.

I had dinner with my girlfriend, Sue P., the other night and I thought about busting out my leopard booties but then I thought I didn’t need a heel for dinner at a brewery. I try to spare my feet when I can. I showed up and what was Sue P. wearing? A low, casual style leopard bootie! I swear that girl is in my head! Great minds think alike.

I’ll be sure to post pics when I rock my cute little booties. In the meantime, I’ll be out here doing leopard bootie spottings. Get it? Leopards? Spots?
